This 20-hour training includes 10 hours of self-paced online modules and 10 hours of in-person learning, giving you the flexibility to learn at your own pace while gaining hands-on teaching experience.
Gain access to an online library of strength and mobility movements, complete with cueing and sequencing recommendations, then bring it all to life during an immersive in-person training where you'll practice and teach this dynamic, strength-based yoga format.
You will walk away with:
- A better understanding of the physiological process of building strength
- A variety of resistance-based movements you can easily incorporate into a yoga class, including alignment, cueing and breath principles associated with each technique
- Best practices for using hand weights, therabands, resistance bands and sliders as well as ideas for using traditional yoga props in ways that help with strength and mobility
- Class templates you can easily put into play as well as tips for sequencing your own classes
- Recovery exercises to offer a well-balanced experience
- A manual you can take with you to reference the techniques and class templates covered
- Access to an online library of techniques and sample classes
- Gain 20 CEUsĀ accredited through Yoga Alliance & AFAA
