The postpartum period is a time of profound transition — physically, emotionally, and mentally. New mothers are navigating recovery, hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation, identity changes, and the demands of caring for a newborn, often while placing their own needs last. Postnatal yoga offers essential support during this vulnerable and powerful phase.
This hybrid Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training blends self-guided online modules with an in-person training session, allowing you to learn key concepts at your own pace and then deepen your understanding through hands-on practice, discussion, and real-life application.
Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training prepares you to guide mothers safely and compassionately as they reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and restore balance after birth. This training goes beyond movement to address core and pelvic floor recovery, nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and the unique needs of postpartum bodies.
Whether you are a yoga teacher, birth professional, or wellness practitioner, this training equips you to support new mothers with skill, sensitivity, and confidence — helping them feel strong, supported, and seen during the fourth trimester and beyond.
