Part 1: Foundation

Vision Your Path. Lead with Intention. Build from Within.
This phase sets the tone for your journey, helping you ground into your purpose and step into conscious leadership. You’ll:

  • Use the Life Visioning process to set your vision for the program and beyond

  • Learn the yogic philosophy for living a fulfilled, meaningful life

  • Develop a deeper understanding of what it means to be a conscious leader

  • Gain fresh tools and insights for building community—both within this group and in your wider circle.

  •  Revisit sequencing best practices and put together a personalized sequencing framework.

You’ll walk away with a powerful inner compass and a clearer sense of direction for how you want to show up and serve—both on and off the mat.

Part 2: Insight

Go Deeper Into the Heart of Yoga and Self-Inquiry.

Through the path of Karma Yoga and rich introspective practices, you'll learn how to be a catalyst for transformation in others by first going inward yourself. You’ll:

  • Learn to lead and facilitate transformational inner work
  • Study traditional texts and philosophy for modern application
  • View dharma through the integrated lenses of the Chakras, Doshas, and Human Design

This is where you deepen your understanding of yoga as a way of life, not just a practice.

Part 3: Design 

Create With Purpose. Teach With Impact.

In this practical, creative phase, you’ll learn to design powerful programs, workshops, and experiences that reflect your unique voice and expertise. You’ll:

  • Master a proven framework for designing impactful offerings
  • Strengthen your facilitation and program-leading skills
  • Learn to write compelling copy that connects and converts
  • Identify productivity tools to stay aligned and on track with your purpose

It’s time to take what you’ve learned and shape it into offerings that inspire and serve.

Part 4: Manifest

Shift Your Mindset. Share Your Gifts. Launch What’s Next. 

This phase focuses on the inner and outer strategies for confidently sharing your work with the world. You’ll:

  • Explore the role of mindset in success and fulfillment
  • Learn to hold safe, trauma-informed space across diverse settings
  • Gain fresh insights into marketing, branding, and building your presence
  • Begin charting the path for a passion project that lights you up

You’ll walk away with clarity, tools, and the momentum to manifest your vision.

Part 5: Sustainability 

Align With Your Dharma. Lead With Longevity. Leave a Legacy.

In the final phase, we bring it all together. This is where vision meets integration. You’ll:

  • Learn the Doctrine of Unified Action and how to live in alignment
  • Explore the Wheel of Life to restore balance and focus
  • Understand the business of yoga—from finances to pricing with integrity
  • Embrace the Art of Surrender as a leadership tool
  • Produce a final project that reflects your growth
  • Make a Legacy Pledge—committing to the impact you’re here to make

2026 Program Hours Breakdown:

-150 Hours of Online Modules done on your own time at your own pace
-50 Hours of Synchronous (Live Trainer) Time through monthly calls (spanning from January-May) and live practices (with lots of options so you can practice at your convenience).

Sessions are held via Zoom from 2-3:30pm
-40 Hours of Elective Programs included in your tuition - gives you the flexibility of learning more about topics that interest you and serve your purpose. Examples of programs you can choose from include:
Meditation, Breathwork, Theming, Sequencing & Philosophy
*depending on which programs you choose there may be additional Zoom calls required. 
-25 Hours of Observation and/or Mentorship to help you gain real time knowledge and experience from seasoned teachers in your community (we are happy to help you set these opportunities up)
-5 Hours of Practicum to help us see your teaching in action and support you with encouragement and helpful tips
-30 Hours of Self Study comprised of inspirational reading and planning to bring your dreams of serving in bigger ways to life
 
*Note: this program does meet the updated Yoga Alliance synchronous hours requirements for all online trainings certified through Yoga Alliance.  Once you complete the training requirements, you will have the ability to register as a 500 RYT if you choose.
