Designed for yoga instructors or teacher training alumni to learn from experienced GoYoga instructors, connect with other yogis and pick up new skills, tools, techniques and strategies to continue growing in your personal practice and beyond.

- How to offer a variety of impactful assists
- Real time assisting experience
