The breath is our most powerful, yet most underused tool for transformation. In this hybrid training, you’ll go beyond mere technique to explore the profound art and science of conscious breathing. Â
Through online modules and immersive in person experiences, you’ll learn both traditional and modern breathwork techniques that calm the mind, balance the nervous system and unlock deeper energy flow in the body. Through experiential practice and discussion, you’ll understand how different breathing patterns influence mood, focus, health and vitality. And through a proven framework, you'll equip yourself with the tools to skillfully guide yourself and others through impactful breath experiences.
Whether you’re looking to enrich your personal practice or begin sharing breathwork in your classes, get the tools, knowledge and confidence to use the breath as medicine for body, mind and spirit.
