Our next program will kick off in March 2025
Our 8-week Barre Mentorship Program is designed to bridge the gap between barre training and confidently leading classes in a studio setting. This program helps you refine your teaching, build confidence, and develop your unique voice as an instructor.
New instructors are often left to navigate teaching on their own, facing small class sizes, uncertainty, and the challenge of translating training into a seamless, engaging experience. Our mentorship program provides a structured and supportive path, pairing you with an experienced mentor who will offer guidance, coaching, and invaluable insights from their own teaching journey.
Pre-requisites:
- Must be a certified Barre instructor.Â
- Must complete our mentorship application click here to apply!
- Once the application is submitted instructors must attend an open audition.
What’s Included?
- 6 practice teaching classes: teaching sections of their mentors class to fine tune your skill of cueing and classroom energy.
- Real teaching experience through teaching 4 public community classes, where your mentor will observe and provide feedback and coaching.
- A 3-month membership to GoYoga so you can stay in practice.
