A Day in the Life at Level 1…
We will begin each day with a morning meditation walk amidst Sedona’s stunning red rock landscapes, followed by a nourishing breakfast featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From there, we’ll move into our morning yoga practice, deeply connecting with both nature and our breath. After practice, we’ll dive into the art and science of teaching yoga, exploring key techniques and philosophies.
Lunch is served in a peaceful setting, prepared with wholesome ingredients to energize our bodies. Each afternoon offers time to relax, hike Sedona’s scenic trails, or simply soak in the tranquility of Mago Wellness Center. We’ll reconvene for a rejuvenating afternoon practice, followed by inspiring group activities designed to foster connection and growth. As the sun sets over the breathtaking desert landscape, we’ll gather for a nourishing dinner, reflecting on the day’s experiences.
After dinner, we’ll meet once more for an evening session of reflection and integration before settling in for the night, waking each day refreshed and renewed. Midweek, there will be an extended break to explore Sedona’s vibrant energy—whether through hiking, visiting vortex sites, or unwinding in the peaceful retreat space.
Our destination program is designed not only to provide a strong foundation in yoga teaching but also to offer a transformational experience that recharges your body, mind, and soul. This program counts toward a 200-hour yoga teacher training (one of our Level 2 programs is required to complete the full 200 hours).
