Fridays from 4-9pm; Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-5pm at GoYoga Grandview (1520 W. 1st Ave.)

Pre-Requisite: completion of a GoYoga Level 1 teacher training program.

Our team of passionate trainers are ready to share their perspectives, wisdom and experiences with you to help you better determine what yoga style you align with, how to authentically express yourself in your teaching and how to implement teaching strategies that will help you more deeply impact your students and grow your classes.
Our hybrid format combines the flexibility of self-guided online modules with zoom calls and i-person sessions where we will dive deeper into the following:

The power of purpose and how to shine in your yoga niche (and life!)

Advanced sequencing, cueing and assisting strategies

Theming methodologies that help you create classes that positively impact your students on and off their mats

Teaching meditation & pranayama

Empowering a variety of background & bodies, creating an inclusive atmosphere

The history, principles and distinguishing characteristics of various yoga styles and how to take what you’ve learned thus far and adapt it to teaching styles you most resonate with

Applied physical anatomy to better inform your cueing, sequencing and assisting

Learning, living and teaching all 8 Limbs of Yoga, particularly philosophy and meditation

Deeper dive into yoga styles (Power, Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative), including understanding the history, characteristics, signature sequences and poses and ambient factors related to the styles
