Fridays from 4-8pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-5pm at GoYoga Dublin (6659 Dublin Center Drive)

Pre-Requisite: completion of a 200 hr. teacher training program.
GoYoga’s 300 Hour Program is geared toward current 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teachers who have a desire to expand their reach and impact through providing educational and inspirational programs and through teaching teachers. It is perfect for those teachers who are ready to extend their teachings beyond the group classroom setting and make a positive impact on our industry and on those students looking to deepen their yoga practice + share yoga with their community.
Breakdown of hours:
- 100 hours of online coursework
- 100 hours of in person weekends
- 30 hours of homework
- 70 hours of Flex time (other trainings, mentorships (new trainer mentorship program), observations)
